Hand Trucks and Certain Parts Thereof From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Postponement of Preliminary

The Department of Commerce is postponing the preliminary determination in the antidumping investigation of hand trucks and certain parts thereof from the People's Republic of China from April 21, 2004 until no later than May 17, 2004. This postponement is made pursuant to section 733(c)(1)(B) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended.

Stainless Steel Wire Rod from the Republic of Korea: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

On October 7, 2003, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the 20012002 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel wire rod (SSWR) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). This review covers a collapsed entity that consists of Changwon Specialty Steel Co., Ltd. (Changwon), Dongbang Special Steel Co., Ltd. (Dongbang), and Pohang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (POSCO) (collectively the respondent). The period of review (POR) is September 1, 2001, through August 31, 2002.

We provided interested parties with an opportunity to comment on the preliminary results of review. After analyzing the comments received, we made changes to the preliminary margin calculations. Therefore, the final weightedaverage dumping margin for the companies under review differs from the margin published in the preliminary results of review.
