Pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as
amended (``the Act''), the International Trade Commission (``ITC''), in
its sunset review, determined that revocation of the antidumping duty
(``AD'') order on certain cuttolength carbonquality steel plate
(``CTL Plate'') from France would not be likely to lead to continuation
or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States
within a reasonably foreseeable time. See CuttoLength CarbonQuality
Steel Plate from France, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, and Korea, 70
FR 71331 (November 28, 2005) (``ITC Determination''). Therefore,
pursuant to section 751(d)(2) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.222(i)(1)(iii),
the Department is revoking the AD order on CTL Plate from France.

On July 29, 2005, the Department of Commerce published the
preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping
duty order on individually quick frozen red raspberries from Chile. The
period of review is July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2004. This review
covers sales of individually quick frozen red raspberries with respect
to Fruticola Olmue, S.A.; Santiago Comercio Exterior Exportaciones
Limitada; and Vital Berry Marketing, S.A. We provided interested
parties with an opportunity to comment on the preliminary results of
this review, but received no comments. The final results do not differ
from the preliminary results of this review. We will instruct the U.S.
Customs and Border Protection to assess importerspecific antidumping
duties on the subject merchandise exported by these companies.
