Honey from Argentina: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Intent Not to Revoke in Part

In response to requests by interested parties, the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on honey from Argentina. The review covers five firms, two of which were selected as mandatory respondents (see ``Background'' section of this notice for further explanation). The period of review (POR) is December 1, 2005, through November 30, 2006.

We preliminarily determine that sales of honey from Argentina have not been made below the normal value by both mandatory respondents during the period of review. In addition, we will preliminarily apply the average of the dumping margins calculated for both ACA and Seylinco as the reviewspecific rate for the three companies subject to this review but not selected as respondents (i.e., Patagonik S.A.
