The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and United States Forest Service (USFS) announce the cancellation of the December 6th, 2003 meeting for the Advisory Committee to the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument (hereinafter referred to as the National Monument). At the October 4th, 2003 the Advisory Committee to the National Monument voted unanimously to cancel the December 6th, 2003 meeting.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and United States Forest Service (USFS) also announce the schedule of meetings for 2004 for the Advisory Committee to the National Monument. The meetings will be held on the following dates:
[sbull] Saturday, February 7th, 2004.
[sbull] Saturday, June 5th, 2004.

[sbull] Saturday, October 2nd, 2004.

Meetings will be held at the Palm Desert City Hall Council Chambers, located at 73510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, California, 92260, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. or until the agenda items are completed. There will be an hour dedicated to public
