  <title><![CDATA[International Code Council:]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ The International Code Council (ICC), promulgator of the 
International Codes and Standards, maintains a process for updating the 
entire family of International Codes based on receipt of proposals from 
interested individuals and organizations involved in the construction 
industry as well as the general public. The codes are updated every  three years.</p><p>    The purpose of this notice is to increase public participation in 
the system used by ICC to develop and maintain its codes and standards. 
The publication of this notice by the National Institute of Standards 
and Technology (NIST) on behalf of ICC is being undertaken as a public 
service; NIST does not necessarily endorse, approve, or recommend any 
of the codes or standards referenced in the notice.

the NIST Smart Grid Program Plan. The agenda may change to accommodate 
Committee business. The final agenda will be posted on the Smart Grid

  <description><![CDATA[ The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is 
conducting a comprehensive review to develop a framework to reduce 
cyber risks to critical infrastructure \1\ (the ``Cybersecurity 
Framework'' or ``Framework''). The Framework will consist of standards, 
methodologies, procedures, and processes that align policy, business,  and technological approaches to address cyber risks.<br/>     \1\ For the purposes of this RFI the term ``critical <br/>
infrastructure'' has the meaning given the term in 42 U.S.C. 
5195c(e), ``systems and assets, whether physical or virtual, so 
vital to the United States that the incapacity or destruction of 
such systems and assets would have a debilitating impact on 
security, national economic security, national public health or  safety, or any combination of those matters.''</p><p>    This RFI requests information to help identify, refine, and guide 
the many interrelated considerations, challenges, and efforts needed to

  <description><![CDATA[ The Advisory Committee on Earthquake Hazards Reduction (ACEHR 
or Committee), will hold an open meeting via teleconference on 
Thursday, February 28, 2013 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. The 
primary purpose of this meeting is to finalize the Committee's draft 
letter report to the NIST Director. Any draft meeting materials will be 
posted prior to the meeting on the National Earthquake Hazards 
Reduction Program (NEHRP) web site at <a href="http://nehrp.gov/">http://nehrp.gov/</a>. Interested 
members of the public will be able to participate in the meeting from 
remote locations by calling into a central phone number.
