  <title><![CDATA[  Transportation Plan, Termination of the Environmental Impact  Statement, Arches National Park, UT]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ In a Notice of Intent published May 7, 2003 (68 FR 24501), the 
National Park Service (NPS) announced its intent to prepare an 
Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Transportation Plan at 
Arches National Park. The NPS has since determined that it is 
appropriate at this time to prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA), 
rather than an EIS, for the Transportation Plan.
