Virginia Electric and Power Company; North Anna Power Station,  Unit 1, Environmental Assessment and Finding of No]]></title>

</p><p>    The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering 
issuance of an amendment to Facility Operating License (FOL) No. NPF4, 
issued to Virginia Electric and Power Company (the licensee), for 
operation of the North Anna Power Station, Unit 1, located in Louisa 
County, Virginia. As required by 10 CFR 51.21, the NRC is issuing this 
environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact. Environmental Assessment</p>
<h3>Identification of the Proposed Action</h3>
<p>    The proposed action would revise the FOL and Technical 
Specifications (TS) to remove expired license conditions, make 
editorial changes, relocate license conditions, remove redundant 
license conditions that are covered elsewhere in the license, and 
remove license conditions and TS associated with completed  modifications.</p><p>    The proposed action is in accordance with the licensee's  application dated January 9, 2001.</p>

</p><p>    Pursuant to delegation by the Commission, see 37 FR 28,710 (Dec. 
29, 1972), and the Commission's regulations, see 10 CFR 2.1201, 2.1207, 
notice is hereby given that (1) a single member of the Atomic Safety 
and Licensing Board Panel is designated as Presiding Officer to rule on 
petitions for leave to intervene and/or requests for hearing; and (2) 
upon making the requisite findings in accordance with 10 CFR 2.1205(h),

<h3>(Source Material License Amendment)</h3>
<p>    The hearing will be conducted pursuant to 10 CFR part 2, subpart L, 
of the Commission's Regulations, ``Informal Hearing Procedures for 
Adjudications in Materials and Operator Licensing Proceedings.'' This 
proceeding concerns a December 15, 2001 hearing request submitted by

  <title><![CDATA[
Portland General Electric Company; Trojan Independent Spent Fuel  Storage Installation Notice of Docketing of Materials]]></title>

</p><p>    By letter dated October 26, 2001, Portland General Electric Company 
(PGE) submitted an application to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission 
(NRC or the Commission), in accordance with 10 CFR part 72, requesting 
the amendment of the Trojan independent spent fuel storage installation 
(ISFSI) license (SNM2509) and the technical specifications for the 
ISFSI located in Columbia County, Oregon. PGE is seeking Commission 
approval to amend the materials license and the ISFSI technical 
specifications to reflect a change in supplier to Holtec International  for portions of the Trojan ISFSI.</p><p>    This application was docketed under 10 CFR part 72; the ISFSI 
Docket No. is 7217 and will remain the same for this action. The 
amendment of an ISFSI license is subject to the Commission's approval.
</p><p>    The Commission may issue either a notice of hearing or a notice of 
proposed action and opportunity for hearing in accordance with 10 CFR 
72.46(b)(1) or, if a determination is made that the amendment does not
