The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering issuance of an exemption from title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.46 and 10 CFR part 50, Appendix K for Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR51, issued to Entergy Operations, Inc. (licensee), for operation of the Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1 (ANO1), located in Pope County, Arkansas. Therefore, as required by 10 CFR 51.21, the NRC is issuing this environmental assessment and a finding of no significant impact.
