<p>    Title: Evidence of Marital Relationship, Living with Requirements. </p><p>    OMB Control Number: 32200021.</p><p>    Forms submitted: G124, G124a, G237, G238, G238a.
</p><p>    Type of request: Extension without change of a currently approved  collection.<br/> </p><p>    Affected public: Individuals or Households.</p><p>    Abstract: Under the RRA, to obtain a benefit as a spouse of an 
employee annuitant or as the widow(er) of the deceased employee, an 
applicant must submit information to be used to determine if the 
marriage requirements for such benefits have been met. The collection 
contains information supporting claimed commonlaw marriage, 
termination of previous marriages, and residency requirements.
</p><p>    Changes proposed: The RRB proposes no changes to the forms in the  collection.<br/> </p><p>    The burden estimate for the ICR is as follows:<br/>

activities) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for expedited  review and approval.</p><p>    The average burden per response for customer satisfaction 
activities is estimated to range from 2 minutes for a Web site 
questionnaire to 2 hours for participation in a focus group. The RRB

disability annuities to qualified employees and widow(ers). The 
establishment of permanent disability for work in the applicants 
``regular occupation'' or for work in any regular employment is  prescribed in 20 CFR 220.12 and 220.13 respectively.</p><p>    The RRB utilizes Form G251, Vocational Report, to obtain an 
applicant's work history. This information is used by the RRB to 
determine the effect of a disability on an applicant's ability to work. 
Form G251 is designed for use with the RRB's disability benefit 
application forms and is provided to all applicants for employee 
disability annuities and to those applicants for a widow(er)'s 
disability annuity who indicate that they have been employed at some  time.</p><p>    Completion is required to obtain or retain a benefit. One response  is requested of each respondent.</p><p>    Previous Requests for Comments: The RRB has already published the 
initial 60day notice (77 FR 63358 on October 16, 2012) required by 44

Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111117), Railroad 
Retirement Board is publishing this notice to advise the public of the 
availability of the FY 2012 Service Contract inventories. This 
inventory provides information on service contract actions, over 
$25,000, which the RRB awarded during FY 2012. The information is 
organized by function to show how contracted resources were used by the 
agency to support its mission. The inventory has been developed in 
accordance with guidance issued on November 5, 2010 by the Office of 
Management and Budget's Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP), as 
updated by OFPP memorandum dated December 19, 2011. OFPP's guidance is

RRB or OIRA must contain the OMB control number of the ICR. For proper 
consideration of your comments, it is best if the RRB and OIRA receive  them within 30 days of the publication date.</p><p>    Under Section 9 of the Railroad Retirement Act (RRA), and Section 6 
of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act (RUIA), railroad employers 
are required to submit reports of employee service and compensation to 
the RRB as needed for administering the RRA and RUIA. To pay benefits 
due on a deceased employee's earnings records or determine entitlement 
to, and amount of annuity applied for, it is necessary at times to 
obtain from railroad employers current (lag) service and compensation 
not yet reported to the RRB through the annual reporting process. The
