This action adds to the Procurement List products and services to be furnished by nonprofit agencies employing persons who are blind or have other severe disabilities, and deletes from the Procurement List products previously furnished by such agencies.

The Committee is proposing to add to the Procurement List products to be furnished by nonprofit agencies employing persons who are blind or have other severe disabilities, and to delete products and services previously furnished by such agencies.

The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled, in accordance with the procedures published on December 1, 2006 (71 FR 6953569538), has updated the scope of the Program's procurement preference requirements for the products listed below between and among the Committee's Alist, Blist and Clist. A list products are suitable for the Total Government Requirement as aggregated by the General Services Administration, the Blist are those products suitable for the Broad Government Requirement as aggregated by the General Services Administration, and Clist products are suitable for the requirements of one or more specified agency(ies). The lists below track changes to A, B, Cdesignations that occurred between March 2, 2007 and June 1, 2007. If not currently available, the products listed below as being included on the Alist will be available for purchase through the GSA Global Supply system and JWODauthorized commercial distributors on or about July 1, 2007.
