  <description><![CDATA[ We are correcting an error in the amendatory instructions in 
our final rule that amended the provisions of a certification program 
for articles of Pelargonium spp. and Solanum spp. imported from 
countries where the bacterium Ralstonia solanacearum race 3 biovar 2 is 
known to occur. The final rule was effective and published in the 
Federal Register on October 24, 2005 (70 FR 6135161362, Docket No. 03
0193).

  <title><![CDATA[  Notice of Settlement Pursuant to CERCLA; Duncan Township  Landfill, Houghton County, MI]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ In accordance with section 122(i) of the Comprehensive 
Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, as amended  (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C. 9622(i), notice is hereby given of an <br/>
administrative settlement for recovery of past response costs with 
Duncan Township (the Settling Party) concerning the Duncan Township 
Landfill in Houghton County, Michigan. The settlement requires the 
Settling Party to pay $65,000 in installment payments over ten years to 
the USDA Forest Service, Eastern Region. The settlement includes a 
covenant not to sue the Settling Party pursuant to section 107(a) of  CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. 9607(a), with regard to the Site.</p><p>    For thirty (30) days following the date of publication of this 
notice, the United States will receive written comments relating to the 
settlement. The United States will consider all comments received and 
may modify or withdraw its consent to the settlement if comments 
received disclose facts or considerations which indicate that the

end in June 2006. Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards 
Administration (GIPSA) is asking persons interested in providing 
official services in the areas served by these agencies to submit an 
application for designation. GIPSA is also asking for comments on the 
quality of services provided by these currently designated agencies: 
Kansas Grain Inspection Service, Inc. (Kansas); Minot Grain Inspection, 
Inc. (Minot); Schneider Inspection Service, Inc. (Schneider); and Tri
State Grain Inspection Service, Inc. (TriState).

  <title><![CDATA[  Request for Extension and Revision of a Currently Approved  Information Collection]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 
U.S.C. chapter 35), this notice announces the Grain Inspection, Packers 
and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) intention to request an extension 
for and revision to a currently approved information collection related 
to the delivery of services conducted under the official inspection, 
grading, and weighing programs authorized under the United States Grain 
Standards Act and the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946. This 
voluntary survey would give customers of the official inspection, 
grading, and weighing programs, who are primarily in the grain, 
oilseed, rice, lentil, dry pea, edible bean, and related agricultural 
commodity markets, an opportunity to provide feedback on the quality of 
services they receive and will provide information on new services that 
they would like to receive. This feedback would assist GIPSA's Federal 
Grain Inspection Service (FGIS) to improve services and service
