  <title><![CDATA[  DTE Energy Company, The Detroit Edison Company, International  Transmission Company; Notice of Filing]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ May 24, 2000.</p><p>    Take notice that on May 19, 2000, DTE Energy Company, The Detroit 
Edison Company and International Transmission Company <strong>filed</strong> an 
amendment to their joint application for authorization to transfer 
jurisdictional transmission assets pursuant to Section 203 of the  Federal Power Act in the abovereferenced docket.</p><p>    Any person desiring to be heard or to protect such filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in 
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice 
and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). All such motions and 
protests should be <strong>filed</strong> on or before June 6, 2000. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission to determine the appropriate action to be 
taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the

  <title><![CDATA[  Nautilus Pipeline Company, L.L.C.; Notice of Proposed Changes in  FERC Gas Tariff]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ May 23, 2000.</p><p>    Take notice that on May 19, 2000, Nautilus Pipeline Company, L.L.C. 
(Nautilus) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original 
Volume No. 1, revised tariff sheets listed in Appendix A to the filing,  to be effective July 1, 2000.</p><p>    Nautilus states that the purpose of this filing is to revise 
Nautilus' Original Volume No. 1 FERC Gas Tariff to remove the maximum  price cap or shortterm capacity release transactions.</p><p>    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in 
accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules
