  <title><![CDATA[  Hackberry LNG Terminal, L.L.C.; Notice of Intent To Prepare an  Environmental Impact Statement for the Proposed]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ July 16, 2002.</p><p>    The staff of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or 
Commission) will prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) that 
will discuss the environmental impacts of Hackberry LNG Terminal 
L.L.C.'s (Hackberry) proposed Hackberry LNG Terminal Project in 
Louisiana.\1\ These proposed facilities would consist of liquefied 
natural gas (LNG) import terminal and storage facilities in Cameron 
Parish and 35.4 miles of 36inchdiameter pipeline in Cameron, 
Calcasieu, and Beauregard Parishes, Louisiana. This EIS will be used by 
the Commission in its decisionmaking process to determine whether the  project is in the public convenience and necessity.<br/>
    \1\ Hackberry's application was <strong>filed</strong> with the Commission under 
Sections 3(a) and 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act and Parts 157 and 284  of the Commission's regulations.</p><p>    This notice is being sent to residences within 0.5 mile of 
Hackberry's proposed LNG facilities and to landowners along the

  <title><![CDATA[  UGI Utilities, Inc.; Notice of Issuance of Order ]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ July 16, 2002.</p><p>    UGI Utilities, Inc. (UGI) submitted for filing a rate schedule 
under which UGI will engage in the sales of energy and capacity at 
marketbased rates and for the reassignment of transmission capacity. 
UGI also requested waiver of various Commission regulations. In 
particular, UGI requested that the Commission grant blanket approval 
under 18 CFR part 34 of all future issuances of securities and  assumptions of liability by UGI.</p><p>    On July 8, 2002, pursuant to delegated authority, the Director,
