  <title><![CDATA[  Rates for Pilotage on the Great Lakes ]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ This interim rule provides a partial rate adjustment for 
pilotage on the Great Lakes. We last adjusted the rates for pilotage on 
the Great Lakes in July 2001. The partial rate adjustment is being 
implemented while the Coast Guard completes its evaluation of issues 
raised in response to the NPRM and calculates a full rate adjustment.

  <title><![CDATA[  Changes in Flood Elevation Determinations ]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ Modified Base (1% annual-chance) Flood Elevations (BFEs) are 
finalized for the communities listed below. These modified elevations

  <title><![CDATA[  Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB  Review; Comment Request]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ The Federal Emergency Management Agency has submitted the 
following proposed information collection to the Office of Management 
and Budget for review and clearance in accordance with the requirements  of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3507).</p><p>    Title: Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Application and Reporting.
</p><p>    Type of Information Collection: Extension of a currently approved  collection.<br/> </p><p>    OMB Number: 16600076.</p><p>    Abstract: Grantees administer the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, 
which is a postdisaster program that contributes funds toward the cost 
of hazard mitigation activities in order to reduce the risk of future 
damage, hardship, loss or suffering in any area affected by a major 
disaster. FEMA uses applications to provide financial assistance in the 
form of grant awards and, through grantee quarterly reporting, monitors  grantee project activities and expenditure of funds.</p><p>    Affected Public: State, local, tribal governments, and notfor profit institutions.</p><p>    Number of <script type="text/javascript">

Technology (USVISIT) program. This notice allows the ADIS system to 
collect biometric and biographic data for USVISIT. USVISIT has 
created a new business process that integrates and enhances the 
capabilities of existing systems, including the ADIS system.
