The Federal Emergency Management Agency, as part of its [[Page 71540]]
continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed continuing information collections. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)), this notice seeks comments on hotels and motels and other places of public accommodations meeting the fire safety requirements as identified in Public Law 101391, Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990.

The information collection was previously published in the Federal Register on September 28, 2005 at 70 FR 56733, allowing for a 60day public comment period. No comments were received on this information collection.

The purpose of this notice is to allow an additional 30 days for public comments. Comments are encouraged and will be accepted until December 29, 2005. This process is conducted in accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10.
