  <title><![CDATA[  Drawbridge Operation Regulations; Sacramento River, Isleton, CA]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ The Commander, Eleventh Coast Guard District, has issued a 
temporary deviation from the regulation governing the operation of the 
CA160 Highway Drawbridge across the Sacramento River, mile 18.7, at 
Isleton, CA. This deviation allows Caltrans to perform single leaf 
operation of the drawbridge with a 12hour advance notification to the 
Rio Vista drawbridge. The temporary deviation is necessary to repair 
essential operating machinery.

  <title><![CDATA[  Agency Information Collection Activities: Harbor Maintenance Fee]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) of the 
Department of Homeland Security has submitted the following information 
collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for 
review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 
1995: Harbor Maintenance Fee. This is a proposed extension of an 
information collection that was previously approved. CBP is proposing 
that this information collection be extended with a change to the 
burden hours. This document is published to obtain comments form the 
public and affected agencies. This proposed information collection was 
previously published in the Federal Register (70 FR 58458) on October 
6, 2005, allowing for a 60day comment period. This notice allows for 
an additional 30 days for public comments. This process is conducted in 
accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10.

  <description><![CDATA[ The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted 
the following information collection to the Office of Management and 
Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the 
requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The submission 
describes the nature of the information collection, the categories of 
respondents, the estimated burden (i.e., the time, effort and resources 
used by respondents to respond) and cost, and includes the actual data  collection instruments FEMA will use.</p><p>    Title: Request for Site Inspection (FF 901) and Landowner's  Authorization/IngressEgress Agreement (FF 9031).<br/> </p><p>    OMB Number: 16600030.</p>
