Culturally Significant Objects Imported for Exhibition  Determinations: ``Byzantium: Faith and Power (1261-1557)'']]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: 
Pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Act of October 19, 1965 
(79 Stat. 985; 22 U.S.C. 2459), Executive Order 12047 of March 27, 
1978, the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998 (112 
Stat. 2681, et seq.; 22 U.S.C. 6501 note, et seq.), Delegation of 
Authority No. 234 of October 1, 1999, Delegation of Authority No. 236 
of October 19, 1999, as amended, and Delegation of Authority No. 257 of 
April 15, 2003 (68 FR 19875), I hereby determine that the objects to be 
included in the exhibition ``Byzantium: Faith and Power (12611557),'' 
imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, 
are of cultural significance. The objects are imported pursuant to loan 
agreements with the foreign owners. I also determine that the 
exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Metropolitan Museum 
of Art, New York, NY, from on or about March 15, 2004, to on or about 
July 4, 2004, and at possible additional venues ye<script type="text/javascript">

  <title><![CDATA[
United States Climate Change Science Program ]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ The role of the IPCC is to assess on a comprehensive, 
objective, open and transparent basis, the scientific, technical, and 
socioeconomic information relevant to understanding the scientific 
basis of risk of humaninduced climate change, its potential impacts, 
and options for adaptation and mitigation. The IPCC has three working 
groups: Working Group I assesses the scientific aspects of the climate 
system and climate change; Working Group II assesses the vulnerability 
of socioeconomic and natural systems to climate change, negative and 
positive consequences of climate change, and options for adapting to 
it; and Working Group III assesses options for limiting greenhouse gas 
emissions and otherwise mitigating climate change. The IPCC provides 
scientific, technical, and socioeconomic advice to the world 
community, and in particular to the parties to the United Nations 
Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) through its periodic 
assessment reports and special reports. The IPCC has decided to<script type="text/javascript">
