Educational Adviser Training and Support Services. Public and private 
nonprofit organizations meeting the provisions described in Internal 
Revenue Code Section 26 U.S.C. 501(c)(3) may submit proposals to 
develop training programs and provide support services for the  following:<br/>
1. Department of StateAffiliated Overseas Educational Advisers

information to foreign audiences on U.S. study opportunities at

Educational Advising and Regional Educational Advising Coordinator 
(REAC) Services in Eurasia (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, 
Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, 
Ukraine and Uzbekistan). Public and private nonprofit organizations 
meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue Code section 26 
U.S.C. 501(c)(3) may submit proposals to operate centers in Bureau
specified locations in Eurasia and provide REAC services for the region 
out of Moscow, Russia. The educational advising centers would be a part
