removed from Lower Memaloose Island, Wasco County, OR, and Upper  Memaloose Island, Klickitat County, WA.</p><p>    This notice is published as part of the National Park Service(s

of the intent to repatriate five cultural items in the possession of 
the Kansas State Historical Society, Topeka, KS, that meet the 
definition of ``objects of cultural patrimony'' under 25 U.S.C. 3001.
</p><p>    This notice is published as part of the National Park Service's 
administrative responsibilities under NAGPRA, 25 U.S.C. 3003 (d)(3). 
The determinations within this notice are the sole responsibility of 
the museum, institution, or Federal agency that has control of the

  <title><![CDATA[  Notice of Inventory Completion: Peabody Museum of Archaeology and  Ethnology, Harvard University, Cambridge, MA]]></title>

</p><p>    Notice is here given in accordance with the Native American Graves 
Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), 25 U.S.C. 3003, of the 
completion of an inventory of human remains in the possession of the 
Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology, Harvard University, 
Cambridge, MA. The human remains were removed from Apache County, AZ.
</p><p>    This notice is published as part of the National Park Service's 
administrative responsibilities under NAGPRA, 25 U.S.C. 3003 (d)(3). 
The determinations within this notice are the sole responsibility of 
the museum, institution, or Federal agency that has control of the 
Native American human remains. The National Park Service is not  responsible for the determinations within this notice.</p><p>    A detailed assessment of the human remains was made by the Peabody 
Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology professional staff in consultation 
with representatives of the Hopi Tribe of Arizona; Navajo Nation, 
Arizona, New Mexico & Utah; Pueblo of Acoma, New Mexico; and Pueblo of <script type="text/javascript">

  <title><![CDATA[  West Virginia Regulatory Program ]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ We are announcing our approval of an amendment to the West 
Virginia surface coal mining regulatory program (the West Virginia 
program) under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 
(SMCRA or the Act). The amendment we are approving consists of changes 
to the West Virginia Surface Mining Reclamation Rules as contained in 
House Bill 2663. The amendment is intended to improve the operational 
efficiency of the West Virginia program.
