Commission has determined to review the final initial determination 
(``final ID'' or ``ID'') of the presiding administrative law judge 
(``ALJ'') in its entirety in the abovecaptioned investigation under 
section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337 
(``section 337''). The ALJ found no violation of section 337. The 
Commission has further determined to extend the target date for 
completion of the investigation by two weeks to June 7, 2013.

  <description><![CDATA[ Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the 
U.S. International Trade Commission on February 20, 2013, under section 
337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of 
Lamina Packaging Innovations LLC of Longview, Texas. An amended 
complaint was filed on March 12, 2013. The amended complaint alleges 
violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United 
States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States 
after importation of certain products having laminated packaging, 
laminated packaging, and components thereof by reason of infringement 
of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 6,207,242 (``the `242 patent'') 
and U.S. Patent No. 7,348,067 (``the `067 patent''). The amended 
complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists 
or is in the process of being established as required by subsection  (a)(2) of section 337.</p><p>    The complainant requests that the Commission institute an

  <title><![CDATA[Antidumping Duty Investigations; Results, Extensions, Amendments,]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ The subject five-year review was instituted on December 3, 
2012, to determine whether termination of the suspended investigation 
on fresh tomatoes from Mexico would be likely to lead to continuation 
or recurrence of material injury (77 FR 71629, December 3, 2012). On 
February 28, 2013, Mexican tomato growers/exporters accounting for a 
significant percentage of all fresh tomatoes imported into the United 
States from Mexico provided written notice to the Department of 
Commerce of their withdrawal from the agreement suspending the 
antidumping investigation on fresh tomatoes from Mexico. Effective 
March 1, 2013, the Department of Commerce terminated the suspension 
agreement, terminated the fiveyear review of the suspended 
investigation, and resumed the antidumping investigation on fresh 
tomatoes from Mexico because the suspension agreement no longer covered 
substantially all imports of fresh tomatoes from Mexico. Accordingly,

<h3>Background</h3>
<p>    The Commission instituted these reviews on January 3, 2012 (77 FR 
301, January 4, 2012) and determined on April 9, 2012 that it would 
conduct full reviews (77 FR 24221, April 23, 2012). Notice of the 
scheduling of the Commission's reviews and of a public hearing to be 
held in connection therewith was given by posting copies of the notice 
in the Office of the Secretary, U.S. International Trade Commission, 
Washington, DC, and by publishing the notice in the Federal Register on 
May 30, 2012 (77 FR 31877) (schedule revised effective November 2, 2012 
(77 FR 67395, November 9, 2012)). The hearing was held in Washington,

and components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of

certain activated carbon from China would be likely to lead to

advise the public of the availability of the FY 2011 Service Contract 
Inventory Analysis, the FY 2012 Service Contract Inventory, and the FY 
2012 Service Contract Inventory Planned Analysis. The FY 2011 inventory 
analysis provides information on specific service contract actions that 
were analyzed as part of the FY 2011 inventory. The FY 2012 inventory 
provides information on service contract actions over $25,000 that were 
made in FY 2012. The inventory information is organized by function to 
show how contracted resources are distributed throughout the agency. 
The inventory has been developed in accordance with guidance issued on 
November 5, 2010 by the Office of Management and Budget's Office of

(Committee) dated December 13, 2012 (received on December 14, 2012)

U.S. International Trade Commission has instituted the second of two 
investigations, investigation No. 332540, Digital Trade in the U.S. 
and Global Economies, Part 2. The Commission's report in this 
investigation will build upon the approaches outlined in the 
Commission's report in the first investigation, No. 332531, Digital 
Trade in the U.S. and Global Economies, Part 1, which is scheduled to 
be transmitted to the Committee by July 14, 2013. The Commission has 
previously announced that it will hold a public hearing in the two 
investigations on March 7, 2013.

  <title><![CDATA[Determination of the Base Quantity of Imports:]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ The Commission terminated the investigation following the 
expiration of the statutory requirement that the Commission make such 
determinations. Section 423(c) of the Tax Reform Act of 1986 (``the 
Act''), as amended (19 U.S.C. 2703 note), required the United States 
International Trade Commission to determine annually the amount 
(expressed in gallons) that is equal to 7 percent of the U.S. domestic 
market for fuel ethyl alcohol during the 12month period ending on the 
preceding September 30. This determination was to be used to establish 
the ``base quantity'' of imports of fuel ethyl alcohol, and the 
Commission transmitted it determinations to the U.S. Customs and Border 
Protection for its use in the further administration of the law.
</p><p>    Section 423(g)(1)(B) of the Act, as amended, states that the 
effective period of the provisions in section 423 (other than 
subsection (e)) shall apply to articles entered before the expiration 
of the effective period of Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United

investigation, the United States International Trade Commission 
(Commission) determines, pursuant to section 733(a) of the Tariff Act

indication that an industry in the United States is materially injured 
by reason of imports from China of silica bricks and shapes, provided 
for in subheading 6902.20.10 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the

U.S. International Trade Commission on November 30, 2012, under section 
337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of 
Ericsson Inc. of Plano, Texas and Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson of 
Stockholm, Sweden. Letters supplementing the complaint were filed on 
December 3, December 12, and December 19, 2012. The complaint alleges 
violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United 
States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States 
after importation of certain electronic devices, including wireless 
communication devices, tablet computers, media players, and 
televisions, and components thereof by reason of infringement of

  <description><![CDATA[ The Commission hereby gives notice that it will proceed with 
full reviews pursuant to section 751(c)(5) of the Tariff Act of 1930 
(19 U.S.C. 1675(c)(5)) to determine whether revocation of the 
countervailing duty orders and revocation of the antidumping duty 
orders on certain pasta from Italy and Turkey would be likely to lead 
to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the 
United States within a reasonably foreseeable time. A schedule for the 
reviews will be established and announced at a later date. For further 
information concerning the conduct of these reviews and rules of 
general application, consult the Commission's Rules of Practice and 
Procedure, part 201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part 201), and part 
207, subparts A, D, E, and F (19 CFR part 207).

determine whether there is a reasonable indication that an industry in 
the United States is materially injured or threatened with material 
injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is 
materially retarded, by reason of imports from China, Ecuador, India, 
Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam of frozen warmwater shrimp, 
provided for in subheadings 0306.17.00, 1605.21.10 and 1605.29.10 of
