In the Matter of Certain Axle Bearing Assemblies, Components  Thereof, and Products Containing the Same; Notice of]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the 
U.S. International Trade Commission on October 24, 2005, under section 
337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of 
NTN Corporation of Japan. A supplement to the complaint was filed on  November 15, 2005. The complaint, as<br/> [[Page 71331]]<br/>
supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 in the importation into 
the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the 
United States after importation of certain axle bearing assemblies, 
components thereof, and products containing the same by reason of 
infringement of at least claim 1 of U.S. Patent No. 5,620,263. The 
complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists  as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337.</p><p>    The complainant requests that the Commission institute an 
investigation and, after the investigation, issue an exclusion order 
and a cease and desist order.

  <title><![CDATA[
Cut-to-Length Carbon-Quality Steel Plate From France, India,  Indonesia, Italy, Japan, and Korea]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ Determination</p><p>    On the basis of the record \1\ developed in the subject fiveyear 
reviews, the United States International Trade Commission (Commission) 
determines, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 
U.S.C. 1675(c)) (the Act), that revocation of the antidumping duty and 
countervailing duty orders on cuttolength carbon quality steel plate 
from India, Indonesia, Italy, and Korea, and the antidumping duty order 
on cuttolength carbon quality steel plate from Japan would be likely 
to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry 
in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.\2\ In 
addition, the Commission determines that revocation of the antidumping 
duty order on cuttolength carbonquality steel plate from France 
would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material 
injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably  foreseeable time.\3\<br/>
