In the Matter of Certain Computer Systems, Printers and Scanners;  Notice of Investigation]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the 
U.S. International Trade Commission on October 30, 2007, under section 
337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of 
Acer Incorporated of Taiwan. Supplements to the complaint were filed on 
November 13, 2007 and November 16, 2007. The complaint, as 
supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 in the importation into 
the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the 
United States after importation of certain computer systems, printers 
and scanners by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent 
Nos. 5,214,761 and 5,581,122. The complaint, as supplemented, further 
alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by  subsection (a)(2) of section 337.</p><p>    The complainant requests that the Commission institute an 
investigation and, after the investigation, issue an exclusion order 
and a cease and desist order.

  <title><![CDATA[
Denim Fabric: Use in AGOA Countries During Fiscal Year 2007]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ Pursuant to section 112(c)(2)(B)(iii) of the African Growth 
and Opportunity Act (AGOA) (19 U.S.C. 3721(c)(2)(B)(iii)), the 
Commission has instituted investigation No. AGOA002, Denim Fabric: Use 
in AGOA Countries During Fiscal Year 2007, for the purpose of gathering 
information and making the determination required concerning the extent 
to which denim fabric deemed to be available in commercial quantities 
during fiscal year 2007 for use by lesser developed beneficiary (LDB) 
subSaharan African (SSA) countries was used in the production of 
apparel articles receiving preferential treatment during fiscal year 
2007.

Ferrovanadium From China and South Africa ]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted 
reviews pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 
1675(c)) (the Act) to determine whether revocation of the antidumping 
duty orders on ferrovanadium from China and South Africa would be 
likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. 
Pursuant to section 751(c)(2) of the Act, interested parties are 
requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information  specified below to the Commission; \1\ to be assured of<br/> [[Page 67963]]<br/>
consideration, the deadline for responses is January 22, 2008. Comments 
on the adequacy of responses may be filed with the Commission by 
February 15, 2008. For further information concerning the conduct of 
these reviews and rules of general application, consult the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, part 201, subparts A 
through E (19 CFR part 201), and part 207, subparts A, D, E, and F (19  CFR part 207).<br/>

Silicomanganese From India, Kazakhstan, and Venezuela ]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ Determinations</p><p>    On the basis of the record \1\ developed in the subject fiveyear 
reviews, the United States International Trade Commission (Commission) 
determines, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 
U.S.C. 1675(c)), that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on 
silicomanganese from India, Kazakhstan, and Venezuela would be likely 
to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry  in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.<br/>
    \1\ The record is defined in sec. 207.2(f) of the Commission's  Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR Sec.  207.2(f)).</p>
<h3>Background</h3>
<p>    The Commission instituted these reviews on April 2, 2007 (72 FR 
15726) and determined on July 6, 2007 that it would conduct expedited  reviews (72 FR 52581, September 14, 2007).</p><p>    The Commission transmitted its determinations in these reviews to 
the Secretary of Commerce on November 28, 2007. The views of the 
Commission are contained in USITC Publication 3963 (November 2007),
