  <title><![CDATA[
Citric Acid and Certain Citrate Salts From Canada And China;  Determinations]]></title>

</p><p>    On the basis of the record \1\ developed in the subject 
investigations, the United States International Trade Commission 
(Commission) determines, pursuant to sections 703(a) and 733(a) of the 
Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1671b(a) and 1673b(a)) (the Act), that 
there is a reasonable indication that an industry in the United States 
is materially injured \2\ by reason of imports from Canada and China of 
citric acid and certain citrate salts, provided for in subheading 
2918.14.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that 
are alleged to be sold in the United States at less than fair value  (LTFV) and subsidized by the Government of China.<br/>
    \1\ The record is defined in sec. 207.2(f) of the Commission's  Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR 207.2(f)).<br/>
    \2\ Chairman Daniel R. Pearson and Commissioners Charlotte R. 
Lane and Dean A. Pinkert determined that there is no reasonable 
indication that an industry in the United States is materially

Sodium Metal From France ]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of the 
final phase of antidumping investigation No. 731TA1135 (Final) under 
section 735(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1673d(b)) (the Act) 
to determine whether an industry in the United States is materially 
injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an 
industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of 
lessthanfairvalue imports from France of sodium metal, provided for 
in subheading 2805.11.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the  United States.\1\<br/>
    \1\ For purposes of this investigation, the Department of 
Commerce has defined the subject merchandise as ``sodium metal (Na),  in any form and at any purity level.''</p><p>    For further information concerning the conduct of this phase of the 
investigation, hearing procedures, and rules of general application, 
consult the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, part 201,

review pursuant to section 751(c)(5) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 
U.S.C. 1675(c)(5)) (the Act) to determine whether revocation of the 
antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey 
would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material 
injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. For further information 
concerning the conduct of this review and rules of general application, 
consult the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, part 201, 
subparts A through E (19 CFR part 201), and part 207, subparts A, D, E,
