Sunshine Act Meeting ]]></title>

</p><p>    Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
Government in the Sunshine Act, Pub. L. 94409, that the Securities and 
Exchange Commission will hold the following meeting during the week of  December 3, 2007:<br/>
A Closed Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2007 at 2 p.m.
</p><p>    Commissioners, Counsel to the Commissioners, the Secretary to the 
Commission, and recording secretaries will attend the Closed Meeting. 
Certain staff members who have an interest in the matters may also be  present.</p><p>    The General Counsel of the Commission, or his designee, has 
certified that, in his opinion, one or more of the exemptions set forth 
in 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(3), (4), (5), (7), (8), (9)(B), and (10) and 17 CFR 
200.402(a)(3), (4), (5), (7), (8), 9(ii) and (10), permit consideration  of the scheduled matters at the Closed Meeting.</p><p>    Commissioner Casey, as duty officer, voted to consider the items 
listed for the closed meeting in closed session and determined that no

Self-Regulatory Organizations; Chicago Board Options Exchange,  Incorporated; Order Approving Proposed Rule Change as]]></title>

<h3>I. Introduction</h3>
<p>    On November 7, 2006, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, 
Incorporated (``CBOE'' or ``Exchange''), filed with the Securities and 
Exchange Commission (``Commission'') pursuant to section 19(b)(1) of 
the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (``Act'') \1\ and Rule 19b4 
thereunder,\2\ a proposed rule change to list and trade Delayed Start 
Option Series<SUP>TM</SUP> (``DSOs'') on any security index that has 
been approved for trading on the Exchange. On September 5, 2007, the 
Exchange filed Amendment No. 1 to the proposed rule change. The 
proposed rule change, as amended, was published for comment in the 
Federal Register on September 17, 2007.\3\ The Commission received no 
comments on the proposal. This order approves the proposed rule change,  as amended, and designates<br/> [[Page 68611]]<br/>
DSOs as ``standardized options'' pursuant to Rule 9b1 under the  Act.\4\<br/>     \1\ 15 U.S.C. 78s(b)(l).<br/>     \2\ 17 CFR 240.19b4.<br/>

Self-Regulatory Organizations; The New York Stock Exchange LLC;  Order Approving Proposed Rule Change, as Modified by]]></title>

<h3>I. Introduction</h3>
<p>    On June 20, 2007, The New York Stock Exchange LLC (``NYSE'' or 
``Exchange''), filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission 
(``Commission'') pursuant to section 19(b)(1) of the Securities 
Exchange Act of 1934 (``Act'') \1\ and Rule 19b4 thereunder,\2\ a 
proposed rule change to amend NYSE Rule 342.13 (``Acceptability of 
Supervisors'') to eliminate the current requirement in the rule that  the General Securities Principal Examination (``Series 24 <br/>
Examination'') be passed after July 1, 2001 in order to be recognized 
by the Exchange as an acceptable alternative to the General Securities  Sales Supervisor Qualification Examination (``Series 9/10 <br/> Examination'').<br/>     \1\ 15 U.S.C. 78s(b)(1).</p>

<p>    On September 27, 2007, NYSE filed Amendment No. 1 to the proposed 
rule change. On October 15, 2007, NYSE filed Amendment No. 2 to the
