The Small Business Reauthorization and Manufacturing Assistance Act of 2004 requires the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA or Agency) to promulgate regulations to carry out the Agency's statutory authority to provide assistance for the benefit of small business through activities sponsored with outside entities (forprofit and notforprofit entities and Federal, state and local government officials or entities) as well as activities solely sponsored by SBA. This final rule implements that authority and sets forth minimum requirements for these activities as well as the Agency's solicitation and acceptance of gifts.

Wisconsin District Advisory Council; Public Meeting

The U.S. Small Business Administration, Wisconsin District Advisory Council will be hosting a public meeting to discuss such matters that may be presented by members, and staff of the U.S. Small Business Administration, or others present. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2005 starting at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the U.S. Small Business Administration, WisconsinMilwaukee District Office, 310 West Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 400, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
