This action modifies the legal description of the Beale Air Force Base (AFB), CA, Class C airspace area by allowing the hours of operation to be announced in advance by a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM). 2 PROPOSED RULES: Proposed Amendment of Area Navigation Route Q–15; California
This action proposes to amend Area Navigation Route Q-15 by modifying a segment of the airway to provide adequate separation from restricted area R2508 Complex, CA. This action is necessary for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations within the National Airspace System (NAS).
