This action establishes Class E airspace for Campbellton, TX, to accommodate new Area Navigation (RNAV) Standard Instrument Approach Procedures at 74 Ranch Airport. The FAA is taking this action to enhance the safety and management of Instrument Flight Rule (IFR) operations at the airport.

7 PROPOSED RULES: TX
This action proposes to establish Class E airspace at Hearne, TX. Controlled airspace is necessary to accommodate new Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) at Hearne Municipal Airport. The FAA is taking this action to enhance the safety and management of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations for SIAPs at the airport.
8 RULES: VT
This action amends Class E airspace at Newport, Vermont. The Newport NonDirectional Beacon (NDB) has been decommissioned and new Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPs) have been developed for Newport State Airport. This action enhances the safety and airspace management of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
9 PROPOSED RULES: CA
This action proposes to revise Class D and E airspace at Jack Northrop Field/Hawthorne Municipal Airport, Hawthorne, CA. Additional controlled airspace is needed to accommodate aircraft departing and arriving under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) at the airport. Also, the airspace designations would be revised to show a new city location. This

This action proposes to revise Class E airspace at Anaktuvuk Pass, AK. The creation of two standard instrument approach procedures at the Anaktuvuk Pass Airport has made this action necessary to enhance safety and management of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations.
