RULES: Wisconsin,

The EPA is granting Wisconsin final authorization of revisions
to their hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and
Recovery Act (RCRA). The Agency published a proposed rule on March 1,
2002 at 67 FR 9427 and provided for public comment. The public comment
period ended on April 1, 2002. We received two comments, addressed
below.
RULES: Oregon,

The EPA is granting Oregon final authorization for revisions
to the Oregon hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation
and Recovery Act (RCRA), as amended. The Agency published a proposed
rule on June 17, 2002 at 67 FR 41207 proposing to authorize revisions
to the Oregon hazardous waste program and provided for public comment.
