1 PROPOSED RULES: Privacy Act; implementation,
The Department of Homeland Security is concurrently establishing three new systems of records pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974. In this proposed rulemaking, DHS proposes to exempt portions of two of those systems of records from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act because of criminal, civil and administrative enforcement requirements.
