Any interested Pursuant to section 1006 of the Oil Pollution Act (OPA), 33
U.S.C. 2701 et seq., designated Federal and State trustees for natural
resources are authorized to assess natural resource damages resulting
from oil spills into navigable waters and develop and implement a plan
for restoration. The Federal and State trustees for natural resources
for Columbia Gas Transmission requested a waiver of compliance
with the regulatory requirements at 49 CFR 192.611(d) which require
natural gas pipeline operators to confirm or revise the maximum
allowable operating pressure (MAOP) of their natural gas pipelines
within 18months after a class location change. The EIA has submitted the EIA-910, ``Monthly Natural Gas
Marketers Report'', part of the Natural Gas Data Collection Program
package to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and a
threeyear extension under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork
